Wholesale Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

• By placing an order with GOT BAG, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
• These terms and conditions apply to all wholesale orders placed with GOT BAG.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

• A minimum order quantity (MOQ) may be required for certain products. The specific MOQ will be communicated to you at the time of order placement.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice. Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.
• We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping costs will be calculated based on the size and weight of your order, as well as the delivery destination.
• Delivery times vary depending on location and stock availability. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
• If an order is canceled after this period, cancellation fees may apply.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Damaged or defective products must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please contact us immediately to arrange for a return or exchange.
• Returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects or damages are subject to approval and may incur a restocking fee.

7. Pricing & Taxes

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Taxes, duties, and other charges may apply based on your location and will be added to your invoice.

8. Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, and content on our website and associated materials are the intellectual property of GOT BAG and cannot be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• GOT BAG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

10. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in California.
