1. How can I place a wholesale order?
To place a wholesale order, please log in to your account on our wholesale shop. If you’re new to GOT BAG, you can create a wholesale account and browse our collection, add items to your cart, and check out as usual. For any assistance, feel free to contact our sales team at retail-us@got-bag.com.
2. What are the minimum order quantities (MOQ)?
No, we do not have a minimum order quantity. We want to give every retailer the opportunity to test out our products, regardless of order size. This flexibility allows you to introduce GOT BAG to your customers with ease.
3. How long does it take to receive my order?
Lead times for orders typically range between 5-7 days, depending on the order size and product availability. Once your order is placed, we will provide an estimated delivery date. For urgent orders, please reach out to Felipe Di Gregorio at retail-us@got-bag.com to discuss expedited options.
4. Can I customize products with my company’s branding?
Yes, we offer customization options for select products, including screen printing and heat transfers. The pricing starts at $5 per decoration item and product, with a typical lead time of 2-6 weeks depending on the quantity. 5. What payment methods do you accept?

6. Do you offer payment terms?
Yes, payment terms are available upon approval. We offer net 30 and net 60 terms for qualifying accounts. If you’re interested in setting up payment terms, please reach out to our billing department at billing@got-bag.com for more information.
7. How do I track my order?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or credit.
